This can range from gutter cleans to the replacement of expired leadwork, as well as many other tasks – all less costly than a full re-roof.

We can undertake condition reports and deal with problems efficiently and quickly to ensure required budgets are kept to an efficient minimum. If required after a condition inspection, we can assist with all maintenance needs to ensure best value of your roof assets.

We can create tender packages for you to go to market if required, and we can advise on contractor selection and even pre-qualify those bidding for work.

We can also create a specification for more extensive works if required and work up budget costs for required works. Our aim here is to ensure that you obtain best value and the most appropriate solution based on your business needs.

Pricing

All works are priced on an individual basis to ensure best value. Please note that as a large percentage of our work is reporting on disputed installations, it is company policy to only work on the basis of pro forma invoicing and, as such, we do not offer credit terms. In usual circumstances, inspection work is undertaken within a fortnight of receiving cleared funds.
